Before you start.
How do I cancel?
From the Subscription page of your account, at any time, with the “Résilier votre contrat” (terminate your contract) button. Monthly plan, no commitment: a private individual chooses the end of the paid period, or a date within 10 days with a refund of the remaining days; a professional terminates at the end of the paid period. Annual plan: the commitment is 12 months. You can stop the renewal at any time before its date: access continues until the end of the paid period, which is not refunded, except in the cases provided for by law and the terms of sale.
How does the annual plan renew?
It renews automatically for 12 months each year, unless you stop it before the renewal date. You are notified by email between 3 months and 1 month before the deadline, with the price of the next period.
Can I withdraw?
Yes, if you subscribe as a private individual: you have 14 days after ordering, from the Subscription page of your account. You are refunded, less the amount corresponding to the paid access already provided. The right of withdrawal does not apply to professionals.
Is a credit card required during the trial?
No. No card is requested when you sign up or during the 30-day trial. A card is only requested if you decide to subscribe, on Stripe's secure payment page: AcquiScan never sees your card number.
What happens at the end of the trial?
Without a subscription, nothing is charged and your access stops. Your listings, pipeline and settings are kept: you get them back by subscribing. If you subscribe during the trial, your remaining days are kept: the first payment is only taken once the trial is over, on the date shown before you order.
What is an access code for?
If AcquiScan has given you an access code, enter it on the Subscription page of your account: it opens the access that code provides, once per account. No code is needed to start the trial.
